The simulator displays a scene with three objects. The objects are a patient, a detector, and an x-ray source.
Geometrically correct radiographs calculated from the individual positions of x-ray tube and detector relative to the patient.
The detector and X-ray source are moved independently of each other for making any desired projections. The scene is viewed from any angle and distance.
